SlimBuddy Fast Track
The Fast Track Plan is designed to make sure you lose the maximum weight possible during your first 4 weeks – ideal if you have a weight-loss deadline to meet. It is tailored to your goals, your needs and your current fitness level (even if you have never done any exercise before!). It combines the Diet and Nutrition Module and the Health and Fitness Module. We strongly recommend you use the SlimBuddy Support Module to help you stay on track.
Using the Diet and Nutrition Module Dr. Spira will create a plan that meets your needs and your tastes taking full account of your current weight and fitness level. It does not require you to use the Health and Fitness Module but if you want to accelerate your weight loss, get rid of cellulite and tone problem areas around the hips, thighs and tummy then the Health and Fitness Module is strongly recommended.
This plan is designed for those who have reached their target weight want to maintain their weight loss with a healthy eating plan. It offers a seamless continuation from SlimBuddy Fast Track and SlimBuddy Standard.
